Canine Good Citizen

This good dog has proven his polite manners by passing the AKC Canine Good Citizen exam! For this test, he has 10 activities to prove: accept a friendly stranger, sit politely for petting, walking on a loose lead, walking through a crowd, sit, down and stay and come commands, behave politely around other dogs, behave confidently during distraction, and can maintain good manners when left with a trusted person. The test is administered by an experienced proctor/dog behavior judge. Activities with your dog - training, performance, and playing with toys - builds your relationship with the dog, enriching his life and yours.
